Terms

By commissioning me, you agree to the following;- you have read and agreed to my terms and rules- I have full right to decline your commission- I am allowed to post the work publicly, unfinished or finished if the client has not stated otherwise- commissioned work is for personal use only, unless commercial use is paid- commissioned work is not to be involved in any sort of AI image generation

RULES

- full or 50% Payment upfront via PayPal- Invoice will appear in aud. Usd is only used for recognisability- must provide clear visual character reference for illustration related commissions- commission cannot be refunded after sketch is approved- large changes (posing, composition) allowed during sketch phase, only minor changes (colour, effect) allowed after- commissioned work must be properly credited if posted publicly

I will not draw

- anthro- mecha- heavily armoured characters- cityscapes- NSFW

Changes in pricing

Commission prices are always subject to change[Commercial use] see below[Additional character in the same illustration] +0.8x original price[Illustration size] thigh up, half body, bust up, and shoulder up options are available for certain illustrations. Commercial use

I charge Commercial use differently depending on the needs of the client.By default, clients will be able to- post commissioned art publicly- show commissioned art in video
media (YouTube) unrelated to advertisements.
