By commissioning me, you agree to the following;- I have full right to decline your commission- I retain my rights to the commissioned work despite offering clients commercial use- I am allowed to post the work publicly, unfinished or finished- commissioned work is for personal use only*, unless commercial use is paid- commissioned work is not to be involved in any sort of AI image generation*client can post/utilise the commissioned work on social media platforms but cannot use the work as promotional material without contacting me beforehand
RULES
- full or 50% Payment upfront via PayPal- please Pay in aud. Usd is only used for recognisability- must provide clear visual character reference (else see character design fee)- commission cannot be refunded after sketch is approved- large changes allowed during sketch phase, only small changes allowed after- commissioned work must be properly credited if posted publicly
